Keep Calm and Carry On

First used back in 1939 by the British government, this original tag line will sure speak a thousand words of motivation.  Surely there will be days when you'll feel like whatever it is that you're doing doesn't make sense anymore.  There will be time when people will doubt you and the circumstances around aren't making things any better.  Time will come when it will feel like no amount of hardwork will be enough to get though the challenges that you're facing.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON.

Just like the British government feeling the fear of the boiling horror of World War II, just keep calm...and carry on.  Things will not always go our way but we have to keep on moving, we have to keep on hustling, we have to keep on grinding; calmly, we have to carry on.

A Day At Yexel's

Yexe'ls Museum is one of the many attractions you can see in Manila Ocean Park.  Since there's a P99-deal online, me and Mayen took time to pay this one a visit.

It was Saturday morning and I guess it's not that really surprising to see that the place is jam packed with visitors.  It looks like Manila Ocean Park tickets are on sale until month end, so there goes to deal grabbers.  The students going on field trip add up to the multitude of people visiting the place.  We're thankful we only got the ticket for Yexel's and not the whole package for we may not enjoy the trip anyway due to the number of folks around.  We'll go back perhaps but it has to be a weekday trip, maybe a time off from work is a necessity to carry that one out.

There's nothing really much to see in the toy museum but we fancy the collection of Iron Man suits from Mark 1 to 8 I guess, it was pretty neat collection of life-size figures, but of course, the large number of visitors made it a awkward to take photos and all.  We also enjoyed the iron throne from Game of Thrones (after falling in line for about 10-15 minutes, LOL).  There's also life size figures of Spider-Man, Minions, Batman and Superman, LOTR characters and Darth Vader with the Troopers.

Perhaps, if there's the crowd isn't too much to handle, the place is a good spot for photo shoot, although some of the spots were not free, like when you have to take a photo of yourself with Iron Man in the couch, you need to shell out P100 for that, same with going with Darth Vader and the troopers.

We'll pay MOP a visit again one of these days for sure, that is, if we find another good online deal after Feb 28, 2017.
